In this case a leading &#8220;0&#8221; is added to the barcode when scanned which means that the barcode numbers won&#8217;t match and the product won&#8217;t be found. To fix this you can add a &#8220;0&#8221; in front of your barcode number in your product&#8217;s SKU, GTIN, UPC, EAN, or ISBN field.
