If you see more than one order created in WooCommerce or in the FooSales app when you expect only one order then please do the following:
- If you are using the “Breeze: by Cloudways” plugin make sure that you have excluded FooSales from being cached by this plugin. You can also deactivate this plugin and see if that solves the issue.
- Make sure that the FooSales app is not offline, and if it was, that you’ve imported and cleared locally stored data.
