    Important: If required, please do not directly send us website or FTP login details for your production or staging website. We request that you rather use a service like One-Time Secret and send us the secret link and passphrase instead. We strongly recommend that you create a staging copy of your website and send us these details if possible rather than your live production details as we may need to alter settings, disable plugins, update plugins and enable debug mode on your website to determine the cause of the issue.
