Where do I get a Website Status Report?

When submitting a technical support ticket, we require that you include your Website Status Report. The report includes useful information that will assist in troubleshooting issues with your website. Please follow these instructions when submitting a FooSales support ticket:

  • Go to: Your website > Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status
  • Press the Get Status Report button
  • The information will then be presented in a plain text format
  • Press the Copy for support button
  • Go back to
  • Complete the form and paste the Status Report into the Website Status Report field
  • Submit the ticket
