Where do I get a Website Status Report?

When submitting a technical support ticket, we require your Website Status Report which includes useful information that will assist us in troubleshooting your problem.

Please follow these instructions before submitting a technical support ticket:

  • Browse to your: WP Website > Admin Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status
  • Click the Get system report button
  • Click the Download for support button
  • Upload the txt file to FilebinJustPaste.itWeTransfer, or another file-sharing service of your choice.
  • Open the FooSales Customer Support page in your web browser
  • Paste the full URL in the Website Status Report field, including “http://” or “https://”.
  • Submit the ticket
