When submitting a technical support ticket, we require your Website Status Report which includes useful information that will assist us in troubleshooting your problem.
Please follow these instructions before submitting a technical support ticket:
- Browse to your: WP Website > Admin Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status
- Click the Get system report button
- Click the Download for support button
- Upload the txt file to Filebin, JustPaste.it, WeTransfer, or another file-sharing service of your choice.
- Open the FooSales Customer Support page in your web browser
- Paste the full URL in the Website Status Report field, including “http://” or “https://”.
- Submit the ticket
